How to Book:
Contact the Sundowner Adventures cc office in Johannesburg on the numbers shown. Only written bookings will be accepted.

Deposits / Payments:
Once the tour has been confirmed by the Sundowner Adventures cc office, a 50% deposit is payable. The balance must be paid not later than 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed upon. In the event that a booking is made within 30 days of the departure day, full payment is due on confirmation of all tour details by Sundowner Adventures cc office in Johannesburg.

Cancellation:
Cancellation of the booking must be in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 30 days prior to departure - deposit is refunded, less any communications costs incurred by Sundowner Adventures cc.
Between 30 and 21 days prior to departure - 50% of total tour price.
Within 7 days of departure - 100% of total tour cost.

Cancelled Air Ticket:
Air tickets are issued to the conditions of the respective Airlines. All amendments and cancellation fees as applicable to the specific ticket type purchased will be levied in accordance with each Airlines regulations.

Amendments:
Once the booking has been confirmed by Sundowner Adventures cc Johannesburg office, we reserve the right to charge amendments / communication fees on any subsequent changes made to the booking.

Prices:
All prices are shown on the quotes.
All prices are subject to increases due to currency fluctuations, Airfare increases, Hotel and Lodge increases, taxes and other factors beyond the control of Sundowner Adventures cc.

Responsibility:
Neither Sundowner Adventures cc nor any person acting for, through or on behalf of Sundowner Adventures cc shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from cause whatsoever. We act only as Agents in regard to any mode of travel, and we assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect of any vehicle, Act of War, insurrection, revolt or civil uprising, other military action, strikes or Any act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in arrangements of the tour. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in air-schedule or other causes. In addition, Sundowner Adventures cc shall have the right at any time at its discretion, to cancel any tour or part thereof, or make any alteration to route, accomodation, price or other detail. And in the event of any tour being rendered impossible, illegal or inadvisable by weather, avalanches, strikes, war, government or interference of ay cause whatsoever. Any additional expense incurred as a result thereof shall be the responsibility of the client.
The acceptance of the final vouchers or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions.

Responsibility For Passengers:

    Travel Documents and Visas:
Travel Documents and Visas are the passengers responsibility.

    Insurance and Health Requirements:
Passengers are responsible for taking adequate medical insurance for any travel on any tours booked. Passengers should contact their doctors for specific advice. Anti-Malaria precautions and insect repellents / sun screens are recommended.

    Unscheduled Extensions / Breakaways:
All expenses incurred as a result of additional services being booked by the client, due to flight delays, weather conditions, strikes or any other cause that is beyond the control of Sundowner Adventures cc shall be at the clients expense.
